A simplly grilled spiced salmon
ingredients
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh cracked pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
4 - 5oz skinless salmon filets
1 small cabbage, cut in wedges
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp olive oil
directions
1. in small bowl mix all seasonings together. rub salmon filets with the spice mixture.. brush cabbage wedges with 1 tbsp of oil
2. Place salmon and cabbage on greased rack over hot coals, gas or charcoal, until salmon flakes with a fork, 4-6 mins each 1/2 in of thickness, turing only once.
3. brush cabbage with olive oil and season with salt n pepper to taste
