ingredients
2 lbs of boneless tilapia fillets or any other fish
1 onion
2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise (I use Hellmann's)
salt and pepper
directions
1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2 Lightly grease a baking dish
3 Coat fillets evenly, and not too thickly, with Mayo.
4 Sprinkle evenly with sliced onion.
5 Salt and pepper to taste.
6 Bake at 325 degrees F until done, about 20 minutes.
