Zesty Lemon Pepper Pork Chops
ingredients
4 Boneless Pork Chops
2 Cans Condensed Chicken & Rice Soup
Spicy Brown Mustard (1 tsp per pork chop)
Garlic Powder (1 tbsp)
Onion Powder (1 tbsp)
Lemon Pepper Seasoning (2 tbsp)
Black Pepper (1 tsp)

Preheat Oven to 325* In casserole dish mix seasonings and 1 can of soup (with 1 can water).
Rub brown mustard on the pork chops and lay in pan.
Cover pork chops in remaining 1 can of soup (add 1/2 can of water on sides of pork chops).
Bake for 45-60 minutes until Pork is fully cooked. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
Take a bite of rice with each bite of pork. Protein & Starch in one dish!!! Great with biscuits!
