- 2 (3/4 pound) pork tenderloins
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
directions
- Place tenderloins in large reseal able plastic bag.
- In a medium bowl blend together remaining ingredients.
- Pour over pork and seal bag.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Remove pork from marinade and do not discard marinade.
- Roast pork for about 30 - 45 minutes (until internal temperature reaches 160 °F), blasting pork several times with marinate sauce.
- Let it cool five minutes before slice.
- Slice to serve.
