ingredients
8 - 10 boned chicken breasts (6oz)
1 clove garlic
2 cups of celery soup
1 pound of fresh mushrooms, sliced
directions
Place the chicken breasts in pan, cut side down. Squeeze juice from garlic into soup and pour over chicken. Add the sliced mushrooms and bake at 350ºF. for 45 minutes. Serve over rice or whole wheat toast .
