ingredients
- 1 large chicken breast , boneless and skinless
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 pinch of sea salt ( coarse )
- black pepper, freshly ground
- 200 grams (7-8oz) breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika ( recommendation : smoked paprika )
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (only if you like spicy)
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

directions
- Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise. Beat lightly with a meat mallet schnitzel ( cover it with cling film to not splash ) .
- Put the milk in a deep dish and add the pressed garlic , salt and freshly ground pepper .
- Place chicken in milk and let it marinate for 2 hours.
- In a shallow dish , place the breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, parsley, oregano , salt and pepper.
- Dip the marinated chicken in breadcrumbs.
- If you want a crispy coating , let the chicken cool a few minutes to allow the bread crumbs to catch well .
- Put the chicken in a baking pan and sprinkle with a little olive oil.
- Heavy Heat in the oven 400F (200 degrees C) for 10 minutes .
- Flip the Chicken until the other side is nice and brown (about another 8-10 minutes)
