ingredients
6 frozen meatballs (Italian style are fine)
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 (8 ounce) package couscous
chopped peanuts (optional)
directions
1 Place meatballs in a pot, cover with the tomatoes and chilis, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
2 When boiling, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 8-10 minutes.
3 Prepare couscous according to package instructions.
4 Spoon meatballs and sauce over couscous and serve, sprinkling with peanuts if desired.
