Gotta try this Healthy one!

ingredients

  1. 1 pound of lean sirloin steaks (thin), cubed into 1 inch cubes
  2. 1 cup of broccoli
  3. 1/2 small white onion, sliced into strips
  4. 1 large carrot, sliced
  5. 5 teaspoons of sesame seed oil
  6. 6 teaspoons of cornstarch
  7. 5 teaspoons of soy sauce (low sodium)
  8. 2 cloves of garlic, minced

directions

  1. In a sauté pan or a wok, heat up 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to medium - high heat.
  2. While the pan is heating up make the sauce, add the remaining sesame oil, cornstarch, soy sauce and minced garlic stir well and set aside.
  3. To the sauté pan, add in the cubed sirloin, and cook until the meat is browned.
  4. Then remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
  5. Add in the sliced vegetables and sauté until softened
  6. Add the meat back in and pour in the seasonings, sauté until well combine, remove from the stove and enjoy
