ingredients

1 avocado, peeled and seeded
1/3 quart whole milk
3 tablespoons sugar
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

directions

1 Combine all ingredients together in a blender, and blend well.
2 Pour into nice tall glasses, and garnish with a little whipped cream and a mint sprig.
3 Enjoy

I would like to point out that there are no such things as "good" and "bad" calories. A calorie is a measure of energy. There is "good" and "bad" fat, but the fact remains that all fat contains 9calories/gram.
