ingredients
1 1/2 cups low-fat sour cream or nonfat sour cream
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and strained
4 teaspoons ranch dressing mix
directions
1 Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
2 You can also put in food processor and pulse to blend.
3 Refrigerate @ least 2 hrs before serving.
