ingredients
5 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
5 ounces Frank's red hot sauce, the smaller bottle
16 ounces light cream cheese
1/2 light blue cheese dressing, we like marie's
1 cup light monterey jack cheese
directions
1 Preheat oven to 350.
2 after shredding chicken breasts, stir all ingredients except monteray jack cheese over heat in a large frying pan until blended.
3 pour into greased loaf pan, top with cheese.
4 cook in oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
5 serve with celery and carrot sticks.
