Ingredients Related Tips

  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup finely diced red onion
  • ½ jalapeño, seeds and ribs removed, minced
  • ½ cup cilantro, minced
  • juice from ½ lime
  • salt



  1. In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño and cilantro.
  2. Stir in the lime juice and season to taste with salt.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
