ingredients
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
16 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup red onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 dash hot pepper sauce
directions
1 Blend together all of the ingredients until smooth in a blender or food processor.
2 Spoon into a bowl, cover, and chill for at least three hours, or overnight.
3 Serve chilled, at room temperature, or even slightly heated.
