description

A delicious yellow cake that is cooked in a mug! The cake only fills about half of a medium sized mug, so it can be doubled for people with big appetites :)

ingredients

2 tbsp. Flour
1.5 tbsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Baking powder
1/8 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Milk
3/4 tbsp. Oil
1/4 tsp. Vanilla

directions

1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in mug
2. Stir in milk, oil and vanilla
3. Microwave for 1 minute

Enjoy!

***The cake should not stick too much to the mug, but if you are worried about stickiness, spray PAM into the mug before adding ingredients***

Unlike a lot of mug cakes...this one actually tastes good. Double the cook time for double recipe. Large wide works best. Bookmarking this sure.

Came out less fluffy using sugar-substitute than real sugar; but both were very good. We had ours with sprinkles on top when they went into the microwave. Definitely repeating this recipe!
