2 cups of ice 2 large bananas 10 strawberries 1/4 cup low fat vanilla yogurt


In the blender mix 1 cup of ice, 2 large bananas cut in chunks, 10 strawberries with the stems cut off and 1/4 cup of vanilla yogurt, once blended and 1 more cup of ice and blend again until all mixed and blended. And that's it your done serve up and enjoy!!
