  • 1 Banana - sliced in half lengthwise
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • a few Chocolate Chips


  1. Simply cut your banana in half (lengthwise)
  2. Sprinkle each half with cinnamon and mini chocolate chips.
  3. Roast in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes in the peel. 
  4. Enjoy!
