Frozen Fruit Dessert

Ingredients Related Tips

1 (7 1/2 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
8 ounces sour cream
1 (29 ounce) fruit cocktail, thoroughly drained (packed in pear juice)
2 bananas (sliced or diced)
lettuce leaf (optional)


In a medium sized bowl, mix together the marshmallow creme and sour cream with a fork. Add the thoroughly drained mixed fruit and the bananas. Place in a 8x8 pan and place in the freezer. Freeze 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove from freezer 1/2 hour before serving time and cut into pieces. Serve on lettuce leaves if desired.
