A rich fruity cake topped with Whipped Topping
ingredients
- 2 cups graham crackers crushed
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 8 oz. pkg of cream cheese
- 1 can of crushed pineapple drained
- 1 tub large of cool whip
- 1 sm jar of maraschino cherries
- 1 sm bag crushed peanuts
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 3 peeled banana sliced
directions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with regular sugar, Melt 1 stick of butter in microwave and mix in with graham crackers crumbs and sugar.
- Press into a 9 x 13 flat to make a crust. Set aside.
- Mix 2 cups powered sugar 1 stick butter cream cheese pkg together until blended. It will be very thick. Pour on top of crust and spread out evenly.
- Spread out crushed pineapple over the top of filling then spread banana over the top.
- Spread whipped cream pineapples and banana's.
- Sprinkle nut over the top evenly.
- Place cherries in a pattern over the top however you choose.
- Drizzle with Chocolate syrup and Chill for 2 hours before serving.
- No cooking....rah You can make different variation like using different fruit nuts etc. It is delicious.
