ingredients
- 5 14.5 oz cans sliced new potatoes, drained
- 2 cans (Healthy Request) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- diced ham (as much as you want)
- cheddar cheese or any cheese you like, shredded (as much as you want)
directions
- Mix all together in the crock pot and cook until hot and cheese melted or about 2 to 3 hours. i.e., You can also use shredded rotisserie chicken in place of ham or use no meat at all. It's a hearty, filling meal for the cold days ahead.
