  • 1 1/2lb chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2lb baby carrots
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Crockpot Chicken and Rice

directions

  1. Place everything except milk, cheese, and rice in the crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or on high 4 hours.
  3. Shred the chicken and stir in milk, cheese, and rice and serve.
