  • 1 lg yellow onion
  • 1 cup favorite wine
  • 3 lbs pork shoulder
  • salt and pepper


I like to throw pork on the grill out side and brown for another layer of flavor but not necessary 

  • chop onion lay in bottom of crock pot
  • pour in wine
  • lay pork on top
  • salt and pepper to taste let it rip on low 6 hours

I like to serve on sourdough nana toasted with cream horse radish eat like a taco... omg it's so yummy
