ingredients
- 1 lg yellow onion
- 1 cup favorite wine
- 3 lbs pork shoulder
- salt and pepper
directions
I like to throw pork on the grill out side and brown for another layer of flavor but not necessary
- chop onion lay in bottom of crock pot
- pour in wine
- lay pork on top
- salt and pepper to taste let it rip on low 6 hours
I like to serve on sourdough nana toasted with cream horse radish eat like a taco... omg it's so yummy
