directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a smaller bowl mix all crumble ingredients together, using a fork or a pastry cutter blend until it is mixed well.
- Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add oil, sugars, eggs, and vanilla, mix well.
- Stir in the apples.
- In a separate bowl mix together flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- Pour the dry mixture into the apple mixture and blend well.
- Grease or spray bundt pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour enough of the batter to fill an inch or so all the way around.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture on top of that.
- Carefully spoon more of the apple batter on top of the crumble mixture.
- Continue in this fashion layering until all of the batter and crumble mixture has been used.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until an inserted tooth pick comes out clean.
- While it is baking, mix together all ingredients of the frosting and whip until it is thick and smooth.
- When the cake is done remove from mold and frost to let it melt.
