ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (such as Franks RedHot)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping (optional)

directions

  1. Combine Hot Sauce, Melted Butter, and Garlic Powder together.
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets in the sauce, salt and pepper, arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake in a preheated 450F oven until lightly golden brown, about 20-30 minutes.

Quick and simple to make for a good taste with some spicy punch! Don't underestimate the amount of sauce in bowl. I added little more since thought my cauliflower should be colored ALLLLL over. Got bigger kick haha!
