Use an Egg carton to start your coals

Use an egg carton to making lighting the charcoal easier! Just light the carton... by the time it's burned up, the charcoal is perfectly lit 

It's easy to carry (don't need the whole bag)
It's easy to light (make sure it's a CARDBOARD egg carton)
You don't get that "lighter fluid" taste on the finished food
