Keep your Ice Cream soft in a bag

Okay... A lot of people have sent this one to me, I haven't had any leftover ice cream to test it. I've heard mixed reviews... anyone tried it?

If you store your ice cream container in a freezer bag, it won't freeze into a frozen dessert brick. Ergo ... you can scoop it out much more easily
