Freeze your Avocados

Loving Avocados is expensive - Stock up while they're cheap. They'll freeze nicely  

Cut them in half, remove the skin, then put them in a Ziplock bag. (you can also puree the avocado before freezing as well, throw a little bit of lime juice)

They may lose the texture but the flavor is there....allegedly
