Cool Angel Cake on a Wine Bottle

Once an angel food is baked, it needs to cool upside-down - The cake clings to the bottom of the pan, so tipping it over "stretches" the cake by way of gravity, which keeps it from collapsing on itself before it's cool 

Make sure you test the bottle with the pan BEFORE you cook it... otherwise you'll be scrambling - lesson learned
