Baking Soda Kills Fires

Safety Tip - Grease Fire in the kitchen, ALWAYS have a container of Baking Soda handy. 

Turn off the Heat and:
Cover with the lid - No lid? Use a Cookie Sheet

Ideally you want to cover it with Baking SODA, but only if it's safe for you to get in there. - No Water (repeat) NO WATER!!
