More Peanut Butter Cookies

So easy! and Gluten Free... I think

ingredients

1 Cup Peanut butter
1 Cup honey
1 TSP baking soda
1 egg

directions

Mix the peanut butter and honey first then add in the egg and baking soda.

Separate the batter into portions, place on a greased baking sheet

Bake for 10 minutes on 350 degrees.

Easy... and they're DELICIOUS!!

they dont harden???? ours didn't turn out at all

I know cooking times vary, and love my cookies gooey, but these were so soft couldn't get them off the pan. They needed another 5 minutes at least, if not longer. 10 doesn't really cut it. Tasty as all heck though, I'll be making again.

Tried exactly as recipe called for it. It needed a little more time to bake. Once I took them out, they were still very soft. However, wait until cool down and you'll have nice substitute from your regular soft cookie!

i think that there may be something missing in the recipe. no flour or anything?

i made these and you don't miss the flour. they are easy and delicious and not too fattening, either!
