ingredients

1 Cup Peanut Butter, 1 Cup Sugar, 1 Egg

directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper

Combine the peanut butter, white sugar and egg. Mix until smooth.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 6 to 8 minutes. Do not overbake! These cookies are best when they are still soft and just barely brown on the bottoms.

I just used this recipe and put the whole thing in an oversized mug (sprayed with butter), then microwaved it at 50% power for 6min 70% 2min 30sec, it's like a gigantic peanut butter cookie!

I made this and it was so delicious my boyfriend asked me to make another batch for him bring work!

Bake time is off. They are too gooey after 6-8 minutes. Baked mine for 20 minutes and they were still I was unable to pick them up without falling apart. taste great though!

Too much sugar for 1 cup of peanut butter so maybe 1/2 a

For my 2 inch cookies (~1" each on the baking tray), I did 325 degrees for 15 mins. These expand btw so leave a couple of inches in between cookie. Also, are DELICIOUS! Soft and chewy inside... <3
