Chocolate-Oatmeal cookies

description

very good oatmeal-chocolate cookies! also very easy to make!

ingredients

stir together in seperate bowl:
-3 cups of oatmeal
-1tbsp vanilla


put in pot:
-1/2 cup butter (one stick)
-1/2 cup milk
-1/2 cup cocoa powder
-2 cups sugar

You are also going to need wax paper or tin foil

directions

-when the second set of ingredients are put into the pot, turn the heat to medium. stir every 30 seconds.
-fill a small bowl with cold(ish) water.
-when the mixture comes to a boil, take a little bit of the mixture out of the pan and put it into the water. put your fingers into the water and feel if the chocolate mixture is firm or not. If it is, the mixture is ready. If not, continue heating.
-when done, pour the oatmeal-vanilla mixture into the pot.
-QUICKLY scoop the mixture out onto the wax paper or tin foil or whatever else you have. (make sure you scoop them into cookie shapes... whatever size you want.)
-voila! wait about 3 minutes and your cookies should be hardened!
