Or Muffins... whatever...Lot's of fun!

ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 1/2 cups milk (preferably whole but I used lowfat)
2 eggs
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce (for serving)

Pepperoni, Sausage, any other toppings you like!

directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and combine the dry ingredients.

Whisk in 2 eggs and milk.

Shred the cheese, chop the pepperoni, sausage, other toppings, etc.., and add them to the mixture. Stir together. The consistency should resemble muffin batter.

Grease your pan and divide the mixture evenly. You can use a cupcake pan to bake these too. If you do, bake them for about 20 to 25 minutes. I baked my mini loaves for about 45 minutes, using a toothpick to make sure the centers were cooked through.

Let them cool for a couple of minutes and serve with warm marinara sauce!

Can I use sr flour or not

Mine turned out spongey and wet inside.... And I baked it for an extra 15 min than the recommended time. Suggest 1C milk instead of 1.5C ?

These came out very spongy and wet in the middle, even though I baked them for 10 minutes past recommended time. Also bland. :(

Really similar to an egg bake. Hair on the spicy end as is. The pizza/marinara sauce help cool it down. Otherwise I really enjoyed it.

Do not use paper cup cake cups! Found out the hard way. Im sure they are great in a grease muffin tin!

I loved it! But yes, don’t add as much seasoning, plan to maybe some garlic powder next time, just make it less bland

tip, do not put in 2 tablespoons of italian seasoning. instead i preferred to put in 1 teaspoon of pepper flakes and 1 teaspoon of oregano instead of italian seasoning, i just preferred the taste. otherwise great recipe super fast, easy, and yummy.

yum! didn't have any red pepper flakes, so i just replaced that with one tablespoon of chili powder, and it came out pretty good!!

too much italian seasoning! i recommend just 1 teaspoon. otherwise its good.
