Whole Grand Slam Muffin!

ingredients

  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
  • 6 slices Bread
  • 6 slices partially cooked bacon (2 minutes in microwave or 10 minutes in a 400 oven)
  • 4 slices of cheese (your favorite)
  • 6 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • maple syrup or honey

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Spray JUMBO muffin tin with cooking spray (REALLY WELL)
  3. In a bowl:  whisk beaten eggs, cream, cinnamon and nutmeg together
  4. Dip bread in the bowl and press them into the Muffin tin to make a "Cup"
  5. Place Cheese in the bottom of the "Bread Cup"
  6. Pull the cup out of the tin a little bit to wrap the Bacon around the outside of the toast, and press back into the pan
  7. Crack an egg in the middle
  8. Bake for 20 minutes
  9. Drizzle with maple syrup
