Lemons Save Avocados

A squeeze of fresh lemon juice will keep Avocados from browning, but you can also just throw a SLICE of lemon on the Avocado too. Cut the fruit (veggie?) in half, remove the pit, and "sandwich" a lemon slice in between the two halves.

GREAT for your packed lunch, because the avocado stays fresh AND you have a lemon to help add flavor to the rest of your lunch
