Freeze Buttermilk in Ice Cube Trays

Freeze your extra buttermilk in an ice cube tray. I never use a whole carton nor do I ever have any in stock when I need it...this solves both problems 

P.S. I need to make biscuits more often 
P.P.S. - Also, works with Heavy Cream
