You can modify this however you like - the Bisquick just makes a great base

ingredients

1/2 cup Bisquick - or substitute (see below)
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 lb cooked chicken or turkey
Veggies of your choice

Bisquick Substitute: 1 cup
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon shortening (Crisco)

directions

First, start with Bisquick baking mix, milk and eggs. This makes the base for all mini pies. Combine and start with a little less than at tablespoon in each greased muffin cup.

Next - add your Veggie Mixture to each cup. bout 1/4 cup

Then top it off with one more tablespoon of the "Bisquick Mixture"

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375 (until golden brown) and BAM! You're all done :)
