Dip the bananas in lemon juice before assembling. You can even mix a little water with juice.

Instead of little juice you can add some sprite or 7 Up. Gives it a sweeter taste.

you can also roll the banana in lemon yogurt...the acts like a preservative

The bananas should be placed in either orange juice or lemon to keep from turning brown. They need something acidic prevent it.
