ingredients
- Ground Beef
- Bacon, Cooked and Chopped
- Cheese, shredded
- Egg Roll Wrappers
- Salt and Pepper
directions
- Brown your Ground Beef with your favorite seasonings, Drain the grease
- Add your Bacon to the mix
- Wet the edges of Egg Roll Wrapper, and place it down in front of you like a diamond (not square)
- Spoon Beef/Bacon mix into the center from "corner to corner"
- Top with Cheese
- Roll up from the bottom corner, once halfway rolled, bring in the "side corners" and finish rolling. The wetness will make it stick.
- Deep Fry to your desired crispiness
- If baking: place on a baking sheet and cook in the oven at 325 for about 8-10 minutes (until brown)
