These are RIDICULOUS!!
ingredients
- 2 Large Potatoes
- 8 slices of Bacon
- 4 slices of smoked Turkey (Cut into small squares)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp Green Onions (diced)
directions
- Wash your Potatoes, pat dry
- Poke a few holes in the potato with a knife
- Wrap in Foil and place over direct heat for 20 minutes, flip every 5 minutes
- Meanwhile make your sauce: Mix Hot Sauce and Sour cream together, set aside
- Let the Potatoes cool, remove from tinfoil, and chop off one of the ends (so it's flat on one edge)
- Cut a "Zig Zag" (or "V pattern") on the other end.
- Core your Potato, or hollow out the middle however you like. Don't go all the way through
- Wrap the Potatoes with the Bacon, bout 4 strips per Potato, secure with tooth picks
- Stuff the Potato with Turkey and Cheese. (layer it, little turkey, little cheese, little turkey, etc...)
- Top with more cheese.
- Set them on the grill standing up on the "flat side" - Indirect heat
- Top with the "Hot Sour Cream Sauce", and chopped Green onions!
- Enjoy!!
