ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 med zucchini
- 1 med sweet potato
- 2 turnips
- 2 carrots
- 1 jar favorite pasta sauce
directions
- In pan cook your ground beef.
- While that is cooking use a veggie spiralizer - large noodle option- and make your "noodles" **I Used the ones listed above - but you can really experiment and make the ones you like best**
- Once beef is browned, add in a rinsed can of black beans, the pasta sauce of your choice and veggie noodles.
- Cook for another 15-20 minutes over medium high heat, stirring occasionally.
