Decadent Seafood Stuffed Shells
ingredients
- 1 box of jumbo pasta shells
- 2 - 8 oz tubs of chive and onion cream cheese with
- 2 - 12 oz pkgs classic imitation crab meat
- 16 oz of heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup ketchup,
- 4 tbsp of onion powder,
- 1 tbsp of garlic salt,
- 1 tbsp of ginger, and
- three dashes of red pepper
- 12 oz pre-cooked shrimp
- 1 cup mild cheddar grated cheese
- 1/2 cup panko crumbs
directions
- Cook jumbo pasta shells/boil until soft
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with crab meat
- In a medium sauce pan, mix whipping cream with half a cup of ketchup, 4 tbsp of onion powder, 1 tbsp of garlic salt, 1 tbsp of ginger, and three dashes of red pepper
- When shells are done, stuff with cream cheese and crab mix and place in glass pan (spray with Pam first)
- Then pour the sauce over the stuffed shells
- Top the shells with shrimp
- Cover with mild cheddar grated cheese and panko crumbs
- Heat in oven for 20 or until top is golden brown on 375
