Shrimp Topped Crab Stuffed Shells

Decadent Seafood Stuffed Shells

ingredients

  • 1 box of jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 - 8 oz tubs of chive and onion cream cheese with
  • 2 - 12 oz pkgs classic imitation crab meat
  • 16 oz of heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup ketchup,
  • 4 tbsp of onion powder,
  • 1 tbsp of garlic salt,
  • 1 tbsp of ginger, and
  • three dashes of red pepper
  • 12 oz pre-cooked shrimp 
  • 1 cup mild cheddar grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko crumbs
 

directions

  • Cook jumbo pasta shells/boil until soft
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with crab meat
  • In a medium sauce pan, mix whipping cream with half a cup of ketchup, 4 tbsp of onion powder, 1 tbsp of garlic salt, 1 tbsp of ginger, and three dashes of red pepper
  • When shells are done, stuff with cream cheese and crab mix and place in glass pan (spray with Pam first)
  • Then pour the sauce over the stuffed shells
  • Top the shells with shrimp 
  • Cover with mild cheddar grated cheese and panko crumbs
  • Heat in oven for 20 or until top is golden brown on 375 
  • And last, enjoy! :)
