ingredients

  • 2 (3/4 pound) pork tenderloins
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey

directions

  1. Place tenderloins in large reseal able plastic bag.
  2. In a medium bowl blend together remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour over pork and seal bag.
  4. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours.
  5. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  6. Remove pork from marinade and do not discard marinade.
  7. Roast pork for about 30 - 45 minutes (until internal temperature reaches 160 °F), blasting pork several times with marinate sauce.
  8. Let it cool five minutes before slice.
  9. Slice to serve.

optional: In a small saucepan, melt equal parts (2 tblsp) Butter, Orange Juice, and Honey.  Stir until smooth and pour over the pork for a little extra
