Chicken teriyaki with rice and broccoli
ingredients
1/2 cup rice
1 chicken breast/cutlet
1/2 cup broccoli
Teriyaki sauce
directions
Prepare rice as instructed. Cook chicken whichever way you prefer, in any marinade you prefer and any seasonings you prefer. Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces and boil in water for just a few minutes.
Cut chicken into small pieces. When rice is done, combine chicken, broccoli and rice into a bowl and pour in teriyaki sauce. Mix well.
