1-1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 (12 ounce) jar salsa
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup grated cheddar cheese


1 Preheat oven to 350.
2 Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray. Put chicken in dish in single layer.
3 Mix salsa and yogurt and spread over chicken.
4 Sprinkle with cheese.
5 Bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is done.
