This just makes all kinds of sense!

ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup turkey broth
  • 3 cups turkey,  cooked and cubed
  • Leftover stuffing (equivalent of one box)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup Parmesan, shredded (or a cheese of your choice)

directions

 1. Melt the butter in a medium sized pan on medium heat.

 2. Add the flour, milk, and salt in one at a time, stirring in-between each ingredient.

 3. Add the turkey broth.

 4. Allow mixture to thicken a bit and set aside.

 5. Place the turkey pieces in a 9 x 12 pan and pour sauce on top.

 6. Spoon stuffing on top.

 7. Garnish with shredded cheese. 

 8. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.  Enjoy
