Philly Cheese steak Peppers

Low Carb :)

ingredients

3 Green Bell Peppers
1lb Roast Beef
Sliced Provolone Cheese
1 Diced Onion
1 cup Mushrooms
Salt and Pepper
Banana Peppers (optional)

directions

Cut the Bell Peppers in Half Lengthwise, and clean them out.

Cook the Onion and Mushrooms in a skillet for about 10 minutes. (with Banana Peppers if you like)

Add your Roast Beef to the pan, diced. Cook for another 5 minutes

Place 1 slice of Provolone inside each Pepper half and spoon in the meat and veggie mix.

Top with another slice of cheese and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 400.
