ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (sliced)
- 1 cup diced carrots (optional)
- 1 cup diced celery (optional)
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper (optional)
- 1 lb pasta (recommend fettuccine or linguine)

- Add the cream to a saucepan over medium heat, cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the butter.
- Once the butter has melted, add the garlic, red pepper flakes, black pepper, kosher salt, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper and buffalo sauce.
- Mix well, then add the Parmesan cheese.
- Mix the Parmesan cheese into the sauce, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, add the chicken, carrots, celery and bell pepper to a large crock pot or slow cooker.
- Pour the buffalo Alfredo sauce on top.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Before serving, prepare the pasta according to package directions.
- Toss the pasta with the chicken Alfredo and serve immediately.
