I'll eat this straight
1 lb lean ground beef 1 medium onion 10 ounces tomato rice soup salt and pepper
1 Brown the ground beef. (I don't use any oil). 2 Chop onion and add to the ground beef. Cook until the onion becomes nearly clear. 3 Add salt and pepper (and minced garlic if you desire) while the onion is cooking. 4 Pour in the can of soup and 1/2 can of water. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Man this was easy!
