Best Balsamic Mushrooms

ingredients

16 Large Mushrooms

Marinade:
1 cup of balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

directions

Combine the marinade ingredients and mix thoroughly

Remove the stalks from the mushrooms and put caps and stalks into a bowl.

Drizzle the marinade over the mushrooms, making sure they're thoroughly coated. Set aside for 15 minutes. Stir every once in a while

Grilling the Mushrooms:
Pre-heat BBQ and once hot add the mushrooms (caps and stalks) and cook for approximately 15 minutes or until caramelized and cooked. Serve immediately.

Roasting the Mushrooms:
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees (400 F) and place marinated mushrooms on a cooking tray. Roast for 15 minutes or until marinade has caramelized and mushrooms are cooked.
